Hello my name is Jenn, I have been doing so good lately and all of a sudden...bam! I have been consumed with worrying! Worry of my health, my job, my personal life and anything else that I can worry about. I was told that I had an enlarged liver and enlarged spleen and now I'm absolutely terrified. My job recently was purchased by another company so I worry about the future. And I also worried that I'm driving my poor husband mad because I constantly worry. I have been doing my relaxation techniques, taking my medication and cob techniques but nothing is working. Has anyone else had feelings like this? Like all of the things you have been told is not working all of a sudden to help ease your anxiety and worry.

Keep up those things you're doing but add in some exercise too. That will really help. Talk to your doctor if you don't think your medication is working for you any more. I joined a gym and it has helped me a lot.

I can see why you're worried. When a company is bought it might mean a change in routine or a change in job in the near future. Of course anyone would be worried about such a situation. A sense of financial uncertainty is one of the trigger for anxiety. It's great that you are doing relaxation exercises and taking medication, you're having the right mindset and you know what to do. You can also use the support of others such as close friends and talk to them about your worries. I'm sure your husband also understands your situation. Best wishes and stay strong!
