Has anyone ever woke with a vibrating head? If so, is this a serious condition, SSRI effect, or anxiety symptom?

Only when I forget to take the batteries out of my wife's vibrator. It's nothing really. Happens all the time.

I have experienced dizziness and headaches sometime in the morning. It could be SSRI effect.

I've had weird "brain zaps" and a "buzzing" sensation in and around my head tapering off my SSRI (took 20 mg of citalopram for 8 years...I am now almost two years SSRI free, using <1mg benzos 3-4x/wk as needed) From my experience, the "brain vibrating" could definitely be an SSRI side effect. As a person with health anxiety, GAD, and Panic Disorder...I totally understand how scary those head sensations are. My suggestion...Idk if you are tapering down or starting your SSRI meds...but...Call your doctor! and... log your symptoms daily to keep track. Peace, Love, Light! :)
