Hello i am new here, not even sure if this will help me but i am so desperate now i know i need help as i can feel things heading in the wrong direction and i know something bad is going to come of it, after years of world war three inside my head i can feel things coming to a head. Not even sure if i can truly explain how i feel. Does this forum have any experts who i can discuss things with please. I am desperate for help.

hello oldhippy and welcome. i dont know if i can help you. but have a look around the forum. you may find other people who have similar issue to you. me i have anxiety and depression . just keep talking. send more posts! we are none of us are experts. we for the most part are using our own life experiences to help others.

is there anyone you can trust to talk to about this? say a friend and significant other? you cant continue to bottle this up. you have made a good start by posting here. take care
