I'm John. I'm 20 and live in LA.
I've been sober for 10 months. I've always been a hypochondriac, even before I began abusing substances. Get anxiety attacks every day, trying to learn how to adjust to them without going back to antidepressants.
I'm getting better at identifying triggers, but it's been tough. My whole life I coped with anxiety by using drugs to quiet the voice in my head.
Here to get out of my own head and try to help other people.
