Hi im new to this forum. My anxiety has been driving me nuts lately and i just cant find anyone who understands. Need some advice with how to cope with this. Any advice helps :)

Welcome and my advice is; read the boards there is so many sticky threads that you will find all advice you need. We all are in similar situation

Thank you i appreciate it !!! Ive been having awful panic attacks recently and have been so spaced out. Just knowing theres a support team here is a relief!
