Hello everyone! It's been some time since I've been on here. My anxiety has waxed and waned and now it's getting to be real intense. I'm so upset that I can't get a grip on this I feel like I am spiralling out of control. I've tried books, oils, massage, vitamins, supplements, reflexology and now back to meds. I'm absolutely terrified of starting brintellix . I was supposed to start a month ago , I've taking one pill then stopped now I'm on my second day. I am a mess!!!! Scared of side effects or issues or reactions you name it. Please help me!

It sounds like you've been on meds before, so you should have some familiarity with them. You'll be fine. From reading your post, you sound very anxious, which is exactly why you've got this prescription. Just take it, bear with the initial phase, in a short time you'll feel better. Then you can assess if the benefits are worth the side effects.

Blesseddddddddddddd baby, long time not to see:)). You do know you have a health anxiety and it is the reason why medication scares you so much. I do have same situation. Are you starting from the small dose? I wish I could use antidepressants but I have intolerance to them. It will help you. My doc always starts me on the smallest possible dose and they go up ... Blessed are you not on beta blockers? I remember you having problem with high heart beat

So good to hear from you! Well my doc stopped the brintellix today due to itching and nausea and put me back on 10mg Prozac. I haven't been on beta blockers in a couple years. Hope you are doing well!

I am doing ok. Prozac is old medication and it seems it is still very safe comparing it to others. I am happy you went to doc;))
