The only natural meds that I have had work is call Relaquil, however it makes me sleepy. I don't know if it has that effect on other people. I have been doing well up until my live in boy friend had phone sex with his ex wife ( she live on the other side of the country) and then I found out they have been talking for a few months. Now I am alone. I have good days and then bad days, I have been using lots of Relaquil to help me sleep. When I am busy working it helps but I have had extra down time lately. I fear I will always be alone and never find a man who can be faithful. Of course finding a partner that I am compatible with is also a very large issue. I am active and don't even have TV service. My last live in companion seemed like such a perfect fit for me. I realize I am rambling and this is not the place to put this sorry. Anyway I've been going through the relaquil
