Acupuncture

While browsing, I had noticed that Acupuncture has the ability to improve the muscle strength. so I’m decided to get treatments from Physiomed, a physiotherapy clinic in Toronto. But I don’t know anything about this treatment. Are the procedures behind Acupuncture risky?

No, they aren't, not even painful if done right. Google Qi Gong. It has acupressure points and exercises that calm and strengthen. I have the DVD

It is a DVD sent to me by a friend. There are lots of them now, they look different than the one I have. There is some stuff on you tube
