Hi everyone, I'm 30 years old with a wonderful life not until my husband and I encounter trouble in our marriage.

Due to a mistake 4 months ago, my husband has had an experience with a prostitute while drunk. He confessed about what happened to me only last 3 weeks ago. Scared of getting an STD we did the screening in the clinic and fortunately we are both negative, Thanks god. I was very angry and devastated, I provoked him of an annulment of which after a week of realization was not pursued for the benefit of our boys, a 7 and 2 years old.

During that time, I started feeling nervous every night whenever I'm at the office, since I'm working on a night shift I always wanted to go home during midshift. until i started to mention the feelings I have with my husband not knowing that he also feels nervousness same as what I'm feeling for a couple of nights. I said that I wanted to see a physician.

One day I noticed, how lonely he was. he never eat, sleep and uncomfortable. I then started to google the symptoms and found out about anxiety and panic disorder. I was able to recover mine but not his anxiety and series of attacks. He mostly experience dizziness, light headedness, nausea ,numbness of arms and feet. So we booked a marriage counselor hoping that it will felt better on him, unfortunately no changes. I then booked a psychiatrist and he was given a medication and that's a relief.

I'm here to seek help and support to better understand what we are dealing with right now.

Marriage counselling often takes some time and effort. How long did you give it?

We did it just once foe an hour and a half, we have another appointment nxt week. The marriage counselor is a priest, so it was some sort of spiritual advise.

I already spare him to be punished thats why i have forgiven him. His fear of being alone and loosing our family is the biggest challenged for him to overcome his attack. Now im always right beside him to help him cope up.
