Very Nice! I just got through - Defeat Your Anxiety! -This Method Works! I like your 'tell it like it is' style, and you come across a real and sincere. At the ends you said, you can do this without medication, but if it helps; fine! I also (agree mostly) that is masks the "real issue" I'll check out the doctor you mentioned as well. Ha! Funny you kept saying it was so cold at the time of recording :)

Just thought I'd say I liked what you said there about you don't want people to have to go through this alone - and ask you any questions.
