My name is John, 24, kinda new. I made an account a long time ago, and I never really posted. I want to be a part of a community regarding anxiety, so here I am again! I have severe health anxiety, Aspergers, ADHD and a mild form of OCD. When I was told I have AS, I consciously made changes to my behavior and demeanor, but there are still things I struggle with. Everything else is a slow work in progress. I run a YouTube channel that has given me success in the past five years, and that's where a lot of my time goes. The rest goes to video games, poetry, and watching my sports teams struggle along. Soon most of that will be replaced with college, where I'll be studying political science. I have a chronic obsession with House M.D., and I listen to rock music with some metal in there.

I guess that sums it up; apologies if this was too long winded.

Hello John. I'm new here as well. So far this has been a good experience for me and I hope it will be for you also! I also have ADHD and anxiety (not health but General anxiety disorder). It's cool you have a YouTube channel, what type of videos do you make?

I'm what's known as a "ranter." I share my opinions on stuff going on in the news and society and things like that. I do other stuff occasionally. Amazes me that people still enjoy watching me bitch. Lol

Lol. I think a lot of people like videos like that because either they share your opinion and it's nice to hear similar opinions. Or maybe they are one of those people who seeks out opposite opinions and like a to start comment arguments? Who knows, all that matters is that it's cool you actually have people who watch them. I think I've ever put two videos on and I'm sure I was the only one to watch them. Granted they were only school projects so I didnt really expect anyone to watch haha.

So, you want to change the world ?. Good ! There's a few viewpoints we can accomplish that from -

Seeing the good, and magnifying that
Seeing the bad, and magnifying that.

(Linguistically)

Both seem similar but have different real world results. As well as effects upon the mind and body.

One produces anxiety in you, and one peace.

Violence, anger, hatred is love distorted and turned inside out. For true peace all men must agree to lay down their weapons (the tongue is often as harsh as the gun). Not raise them up in the name of it (peace), you see. Since time immemorial people have been magnifying the bad in hopes of a change for the better. It doest work and often turns the hate upon the self.

I often think i shouldn't believe anything at all, because i am then blind to an equally valid other side.

I am teaching you how to be happy, young man. That is what you want ?

Hey John,

Nice to meet you. This is a very supportive place, and there are always some very knowledgeable people around.

Unfortunately, nobody knowledgeable enough to stop the Pistons from sucking though. :)

Well, I've had people tell me for a long time that I say the things they can't articulate or don't have the fortitude to say in their lives, so it's always a good feeling. It will never get boring.

Does anyone know how to stop the Tigers from sucking right now?
