Hi!
I'm new to this forum and new to panic attacks and anxiety. I had my first panic attack last Monday and had no idea what was happening at the time. I woke up with a "wooshy", tingly, dizzy feeling, then chest tightness, shaky, racing heart and felt like i couldn't get enough air. I thought i was dying! I was so scared. I have had mild attacks everyday since then.
I am SO grateful to know that I'm not the only one that has these episodes. I am crying right now knowing that I'm not alone and because that just seems like something my body needs to do right now :tongue: (I've been on an emotional rollercoaster since the first attack)
So i just wanted to say "Hi" to everyone here and "Thank you" for support.
