Heavy Feeling.

Does anyone else get like a heavy feeling on the front part of their head, on the top and it feels like their is weight there and also have burning sensations on their scalp? Im scared of a brain tumor, because i have double vision =[
Is this just anxiety?
i do have a lazy eye, and a lot of neck tension and nervous. I have had double vision before. and it went away.
I have like a headache everyday....
