Is there a free CBT plan that anyone can provide?

Not free but cheap. A book called " mind over mood". It is fantastic! Will teach you step by step about CBT, with space for exercises.

Google it or look for it on amazon.

Now I'm really going to work.

You could try this:

I have not personally used it, but I have seen it recommended.

Or for around US$25, you could buy a CBT workbook, such as "Mastery of Your Anxiety and Worry," by Craske & Barlow, and go through it chapter by chapter.

I think having a therapist who is experienced with CBT is optimal. But therapists cost money. So if that is not an option, then you could try one of these alternatives. If you are really committed to it, you can probably make significant progress even without a therapist.
