does hayfever effect anyones throat and breathing? ive always been aware of my breathing and feel short of breath with my anxiety but ive been getting this constant feeling in my throat thats hard to describe.
the pollen in my area is very high but with health anxiety as you know its hard not to fear the worst.

Absolutely hay fever can effect your throat and breathing. :)

Take a Benadryl! Hopefully it will help. Those are also suppose to help with anxiety I hear..

Pollen allergies are the worst, if the breathing problems bother you go see your doctor. Sometimes an inhaler or puffer can help a lot.

Benadryl is pretty good, but it just may make you sleepy. If I ever take it it is at night and sleep really well.

So does mine, and from December to end of March I am allergic to everything else, including my partner :))
