shortness of breath

Does anyone just get random bouts of shortness of breath? Mine just come on like 2 hours ago and I have no idea why

yep, I'm an asthmatic and mine started a couple of weeks ago, most days breathless but odd day no problems, 3 visits to emergency gp and one visit to a&e last night, bloods tested, heart tested, chest xray, all clear, 2 courses of nebs and an intra steroid shot and felt great until around lunchtime today and breathless again, doesn't effect me when asleep or walking etc seems to go when I'm driving, probably due to the fact I am concentrating on driving and not on my breathing.
