Now to be fair there is little research on it on PubMed, but most studies point out it works very similarly to Ssris. Most I've run across on the internet seem to shrug it off for anxiety. I've been taking it for approximately 6 month now for both depression and anxiety, considering extensive usage of SSRIS throughout my lifetime, I'd have to say it's almost like an herbal version of Zoloft, time to take effect to side effects to that General feel. Like Zoloft (which is the only ssri that's helped anxiety for me) it's done a really good job at keeping symptoms st bay. I originally started on 300mg 3x a day which led to lots of typical ssri lethargy, so I back it down to 2x a day. Eventually after a few months 2x a day wasn't helping so I went back to 3x a day and its back to helping again (well mostly, I've only been back two weeks).

Just figured this would be very helpful for anyone out there wondering if it does help or if there's an otc remedy that actually works, this is it.
