I definitely hate morning anxiety its the worse thing when you wake up because then the anxiety is with you all morning it sucks. This anxiety is really affecting my life. Today im going to try something new to beat this. :D

I always go back to sleep and try again when that happens. No, it usually doesn't work. ;)

I'm feeling so much better. I tried a few new things. I started yoga and going for walks and also i started to read and look into different things. the main thing thats helping me is to keep busy and avoid thinking. Yoga is the best thing!!
