Hi,
I have experienced something very scary a few times over the last year or so. I feel like I hold my breath in my sleep and i can hear myself saying breathe! In my sleep and then I wake up in a panic gasping for air. It doesn't happen regularly, but it is really scaring me. I tend to hold my breath throughout the day too, especially when I'm stressed. Anyone else have this? I know all about sleep apnea and I plan to see my Dr, but I didn't know if it could be anxiety related.
