Hey has anybody tried eating a low GI Diet. i have been doing it lately and i seem to feel a bit better. More energy and less foggy feeling in the head, and better sleep too. The low GI foods makes the glucose rise slower and not fall so fast. High GI makes the blood glucose rise too fast and also drops really fast too, making you tired. I have found that eating things that are sugary or with too much carbohydrates makes me all twitchy and feeling like crap. Anybody else tried this? any thoughts or suggestions?
