does any one else have this problem? I was very dizzy when I got up this morning and still am but not quite as bad

Neck issues exacerbated by fear (stress/tension). Check sleep posture. Pillows/mattress. (Combined with) Restlessness, both mental and physical. Not enough deep rejuvenating sleep caused by excessive worry.

But you know all this don't you. You just need to listen to your feelings.
