hi i was just wanting to know the meaning behind a SAFE PERSON?

A safe person is someone that the anxious person feels safe with. Not every anxious person has this though. Basically one will feel anxious when their safe person is not with them. Or they may feel they need the safe person with them if they are to do something that will bring them anxiety. From what I've researched, it is quite common. I did experience this years ago but was able to break myself of it.

It's a pretty safe assumption to make that most if not all people on this web site are safe due to their like mindedness. They are not the types to purposely go out and inflict harm on others. Quite the opposite - they provide a non-judgemental and/or encouraging environment to express yourself. - safe.
