Is having a heavy chest a symptom of Anxiety? Or am i having a heart attack? ive had this for two days, wouldnt i have already had the heart attack if it was that?
I also have:
Diarrhea
shortness of breath (i cant catch my breath and its difficult to breath)
rapid heart beat and then it slows down again
sweating
chest pain
pain in my arms
dizziness
difficulty falling asleep and when i do i feel like im going to die.

is this anxiety or is it something else? please help im scared.

All sound like classic text-book symptoms of anxiety. I would go to the doctor and have you checked out jus' for your own piece of mind.

I would def. go to doctors and get checked out to rule out anything major. I Have the same thing happen to me when i get panic attacks. It's not a great feeling. Hope you feel better.
