Hi,just wondered if anyone else suffers with bad heads?I have had one and it is getting worse.I don't know if I am Making it worse by stressing??My ears feel full,it is throbbing all over,anyone have any advice?thanks.

Hello saralouise yes I have bad heads and stress can make them worse
Have you taken any painkillers?

Yes,just taken painkillers.It is worse when I lie down for some reason!!!!Need to sleep!!!!!

Being tried won't help and it will make it worse and it will make you more anxious.
Have you had enough water today? As being dehydrated can also make you have a bad head

Yes,I always drink loads during the day.I can't seem to get comfortable,feels really warm but it is only 3 degrees outside!!!!!

I get hot when I'm anxious and I think this is the case with you.
