Weird Symptoms..stuffy nose, sob, tingly, dizzy

Has anyone else had these symptoms related to anxiety? I was fine tonight and then all of the sudden these symptoms hit. I have had all of these symptoms before, but not together.
My head just feels weird. Tingly and full...

You may be getting a touch of the flu bug, it's going around. The weather flip flopping around like it has been will mess me like that.
