Help I'm so anxious!! Iv woken up in a bad anxious state and I don't know what to do :( :( someone help me please :(

Hello littleone123! Can you find the trigger of your anxiety? What have you done before going to sleep? Did you had a bad dream? Sometimes the triggers for anxiety and panic are hard to identify but when you can pin point at least one trigger it's great because you can overcome anxiety much easier.

How was your sleep? If you haven't slept well, when you woke up anxiety can kick in for no apparent reason. Here are some effective tips for a restful sleep:

1.Block out seven to nine hours for a full night of uninterrupted sleep

2. Establish a regular, relaxing bedtime routine

3. Never watch TV, use the computer, or pay bills before going to bed

4. Avoid coffee, chocolate, caffeinated soda, or nicotine in the evening

5. Make sure your bedroom is cool, dark, and quiet

6. Use your bedroom for sleeping and relaxing only

7. Keep worry and stress outside the bedroom

8. Exercise regularly, but not too close to your bedtime

9. Get into bed only when you are tired

10. Avoid looking at the clock

11. Try not to take naps

12. Talk to your doctor, if necessary
