Hi,

I was diagnosed with agoraphobia and socialphobia a couple of years ago, but I've suffered with these problems for a great deal longer.

For the past year my disorders have gone up and down, and due to a split up they have now taken a fairly large dive.

It hasn't helped that I need a job, and I'm holding myself back through my fears, but the more I become afraid the more I panic, and it just becomes a whole mess.

Even the tought of this makes my wrists tingle and ache as my anxiety builds.

Anyway... At this moment that's me and my anxiety in short.

Hi Twitch. Sorry to hear your problems, and you have my deepest sympathy and understanding. I'm not agoraphobic but probably not far off it, and have to haul myself to work each day where I live a living hell.

London's not a fun place for social phobes, is it? Everyone else seems to love crowds!
