hi folks,
I had a shoulder injury about a week ago and started having excruciating facial pain and headaches two days after. I suffered from debilitating panic and anxiety last summer, but was generally feeling much better until the pain started. Does anyone here find themselves more anxious when they are in pain?? Also, I have absolutely ZERO appetite which frightens me, because it seems like the anxiety is coming back in full force. Wondering if the body shuts down appetite when in pain too. Thanks and keep hope alive!
