IBS Flare Up Anxiety... Extra Symptom?

So this is crude, but there's no other way to go about it, does anybody else have a sore "crack" above the hole. Its fine most of the time but hurts when wiping occasionally. Do I need to be worried or is this standard IBS causing irritation around there?

Diet, diet, diet, diet . Its all about the foods you put into you. Experiment, and eat what agrees with you. That helps and softens elimination. That soothes the upset stomach caused by nerves (and the foods).

Learn to be good to your body. Or at least show the effort, very important symbolically to show yourself you care, if you do.
