feeling funny - don't want to take it again

so I know that I should take my meds again today, yesterday was my first day.. but I feel funny and am scared that I am going to talk myself out of taking them. I know big picture in the long wrong, it will be helpful, right? I'm psyching myself out.. no matter what I do.. I remember and hate this feeling so much.

What meds are you on, and at what dose?

I'm starting on .25 of Zoloft and a low dose (half of a .25 pill) of Risperdal.. which is what I took tonight. I have lorazopam also, but have not ever taken that..
