New to me panic attacks of this nature

Distraction and an unbelievably comforting and reassuring inner-dialogue may be able to help you?

Remind yourself what's happening. Look at all that adrenaline Joe. Adrenaline's strange, huh? Completely harmless, but feels so weird. It's burning out as we speak though. Wait it out, wait it out.

Thanks starting to calm down now, but heart beat increasing which is strange

Normally after a panic attack, I'll not do anything for the rest of the day, but I have stuff to do, will be hard to do anything now

When possible, lay down, close eyes, breath deep...

Are you on a new med, or just ate too much heavy food? That makes me feel like I'm clouded....Does playing pool help? I read you love pool, The Pool or playing pool??? I hope you get over that terrible feeling soon....
