He's been an indoor cat for the last month since he recovered from being at the vet's for stitches, and other things amounting up to almost $1,000 in vet bills.
So, the vet was suprised that my shorthair "Domestic" is Not so Domesticated really.
He has always been an indoor outdoor cat.
So this past month he's been exclusively indoor.
Well he's ok now but I was still keeping him indoor because it seems cheaper than having outdoor cat emergencies that I can't afford.
So yesterday, I went in his Master Bedroom, where he's had The Privelage to slumber daily.
I found him up on top of mom's old dressser full of antique doll sculptures.
He has NEVER climbed up there before.
I thought someone was trying to spook me so they snuck in and did that.
But he could have been cut badly in slipping on the dusty dresser and all the collectable ceramic dolls up there.
Thank God, I found him prowling, or sniffing "Mom" smells up there , just in time to save Mr.Puss n Boots.
Perhaps thats how he got cut in the first place.
I never Knew he could even jump up there
There isn't even any paw space.
It's like he levatated up there.
There were no paw marks or slippage signs after he jumped up there.
So then he snuck out yesterday and did not return until 1:30 AM.
I let him out this morning.
As I see he is so needy of The Great Outdoors.
It's like making a Homeless Person live in a Shelter, against their will.
Or a semi normal patient to have to reside inside of Napa for Eternity, inspite of their will to work and walk about freely in the Big City where their hospital is located and is called Bellvue Hospital.
Free @ Last, Free @ last, says my gatto.
Amen, to that Kat, Amen.....
