I've been trying cbd (hemp) oil for my anxiety. Not sure how I feel about it yet. I've read you should use it for 2 weeks or a month before expecting results.
Has anyone tried this before?
What was your experience?

Last time I checked, anyone using that in this country - is considered a criminal.
PS - The price is extremely high with those using it considered part of the elite or at least well off!
You must be doing well in the $$$ dept ???

Yes I tried it in my CP soap and lotion. Where did you get the idea of hemp oil helping for anxiety? No amount of hemp oil, which is pretty healthy will do it. It will help providing the nutrition to body that's all. I had read the claims that hemp heals everything. When I read it, I do not know what should I do? Cry of laugh:))

Here's a link explaining cbd. You may or may not find it useful, I only skimmed through the page.
CBD in small amounts is found in marijuana, and in large amounts found in hemp. It has been found to help certain disorders such as anxiety.

Dahila:
I think it might actually be overrated: -> check the link out.
There are many other plant oils just as beneficial with regards to the great claims of Hemp Oil. Sometimes people can't resist buying something with a high price. Mores the "luck" to them, I'd rather use what cents/sense I have.

Seriously - I think Hemp Oil is over sensationalized. Like most things -
I know smoking it fucks your brain up! - If it was legalized, I would bet the hype would die quickly with each passing year and that something else would hit the spot light.
Oh Yea - took some photos today whilst out walking - will definitely get around to showing you how my herbs are going Dahila -
all in the blog - shortly.
I'll tell you this much for free without the need to up-sale after that - Tapering off from the long tern use of mood stabilizers can do way more than ingesting anything with great claims to controlling ones anxiety!

Of course it is overated , sales sales sales, a half of litre is 12.99 that's worth to put any
Bs on internet.
The problem is people do not realize that without anxiety humanity would be gone long time ago. It protects us...........somehow

Yep, nothing like a healthy dose of anxiety - ahahahahahahahahaaaaaaahahahahahaahahaha
My daughter showed my some of the 'sources" they are handing out in University these days. OMG - talk about utter BS they are making these kids read!!! The BS on this site is starting to make a lot of sense now.
Talk about carpet sweepers - All the pertinent issues that can only be seen through a life lived are quickly swept under the mat - whilst only crediting citations based on "affiliations" which means squat - It's like the Church teaching kids science! The secular mob are just as brainwashed with the psychology garbage being spoon fed to them in such classes.
Truly Danuta - The BS is only set to spew forth a generation of more fluster fucks than the previous spawned. - Just when I though it could not get any more twisted than what goes on in here.
Best advice I could give her to get through the course - is NOT to think for yourself until you get out of Uni. Otherwise they will fail you!

Thought i would chime in :) Howdy friends. Hemp oil is getting a lot buzz lately ( pardon the pun ) LMAO. In all seriousness cbd has been doing some really good stuff for seizure and few well documented studies show it has some promise BUT like everything people want to make a buck off of it and say it does a whole lot crap and they usually smile while they take your money. I really do believe in cbd because i have seen what it can do but not as a cure all.
I have recently been studying the properties of Turmeric ( a spice/tuber ) it's quit interesting. Just my 2 cents. Peace friends

Well fortunately for me, that was a tad more positive than the last. I feel it is helping, I don't necessarily get any sensation when I take it, but it stops a panic attack in it's tracks. Maybe a placebo, maybe not. Maybe all I need is a placebo...

Brittany if you feel it is helping continue it. Generally it does not matter what we do as long as it stops attacks and help us. Who cares what it is. Maybe it gives you some elements your body need:))

I'm seeing the terms 'hemp oil' and 'cbd oil' being used interchangeably here. Hemp oil is made from hemp seeds and cbd oil is made from leaves and flowers of the plant. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EFFECTS. Although hemp oil could help with anxiety because if it's high omega-3 content, healthy fats and mineral content it's not going to have the calming effect of cbd oil.
I was treated at a homeopathic clinic with cbd oil once. The nurse placed 4 drops under my tongue and my panic attack stopped completely after 8-10 minutes. Sooo WOW! I recommend. 100% worth trying.
The bottle seemed expensive $64 but the dosage is cheap if you do the math. Over 600 drops in a 1/2oz bottle...I think that's like 3 cents per dose. Cheaper than any anxiety pill I've ever been prescribed. It's legal in NY, Missouri, NC, Florida, Iowa, SC Georgia, Tenessee, Mississippi, Wisconsin and Kentucky and everywhere cannabis is legal. I'll be honest and say that the legality of a remedy has never hindered my motivation to try it or use it if it helps...since the FDA is only harming people by illegalizing healthy alternatives to pharmaceuticals that are known to cause systemic failure.
Post when you try. Eager to hear if it helps!
