I take 5 htp usually consistent and it does seem to help me in combo with my multi vitamin and b6 . I'm on tegretol for nerve pain n mood stabilizer so if u take it for a month sometimes less it will help u just have to b patient. I get my 5 bro from wal Mart along w my other vitamins . Keep taking it u will see a dif. Don't give up
