Hi, I'm new here. I was browsing about the internet and I decided to type in "anxiety forum" and this is the first thing that popped up.

Well hello.

I have been diagnosed with social anxiety, and I've had it ever since I can remember. I've been good on meds but I get some tough spots. Its on and off and everyday its always with me a little bit.

And that about sums it up in a nutshell.
