Zoloft cold turkey

My mom quit Zoloft cold turkey & her friends told her she can have a stroke.. She's freaking out.. Anyone have input???

I have never heard of that, but I am not a doctor. It's best to give the doc a ring. I will tell you though, I have quit Zoloft cold turkey in the past and I was completely fine....however I was just taking a small amount of Zoloft.

But not a good idea...

Symptoms could rebound with a vengeance !
