dizziness or lightheaded

I was wondering has anyone else felt lightheaded or dizzy. I get this frequently and I may not even feel like im stressed. Also ive been having a hard time sleeping. Wondering if anyone has any ideas!

I used to get this. Even if you are not stressed/anxious at that point in time, a build up of anxiety will always have an affect.

The same thing happened to me recently. The first week of school for me was a couple weeks ago. I had developed chest pain (I think it was a pull muscle) a few days earlier. Then I started to feel really light headed and kind of groggy. I got worried and decided to suck it up and go to a doctor just to not really have anything be wrong.
