Twitching

My brain REALLY wants me to look up why the muscle in my right ankle has been twitching for 2 weeks but i'm trying really hard not to research things right now. So i'm trying this.
Anyone experience one muscle twitching for weeks at a time???

I have bad twitches too, I can say from experience that when you panic or are anxious I, and presumably other anxiety sufferers, twitch.

For me it goes hand in hand with fidgeting.
