Symptom of Anxiety?

Does this happen to anyone else? It feels like someone is pressing on the side of my head and numbness radiates from it, sometimes more then others. It doesn't really hurt, but it is kind of scary since this is totally new for me.

Sort of, I think. I think this is part of the feeling of derealization.
