numbness and tingling in my left arm?

For the most part of the day I have been having numbness and tingling in my left arm and also all week my right thumb has been numb and twitching is this part of my anxiety/panic attacks ive had 2 panic attacks today

Exact same thing for me! Wow. I'm sure you've posted this before ;)

It's because of extra chemicals as part of the flight or fight response :)
If your having panic attacks, the likelihood is you'll get pins and needles etc

its a new experience every day lol now ive got numbness in my face with the numbness in my arms

I tend to get a lot of tension in my face like it's being stretched or pulled. Very weird haha

yeah feels like some ones pulling my skin very weird in deed

Its all anxiety? I honestly think when i get tingling in my left arm or pain or something that i was dying..

It looks like this is very common for someone with an anxiety disorder. I think nearly everyone I talked to had this problem. I would get it to and then focus on it so much it gave me heart palpitations and a panic attack to boot.
