stopping ativan

Does 0.25mg of ativan do anything to stop anxiety also is it now safe for me to stop at this dose with no withdrawls?. i was taking 3mg a day but for the past year just 0.25mg once a day

for the past week i have been taking every other day i will run out around next monday

Ativan is a son of a gun to quit it. but you are obviously doing it, cut it in half and take for a few weeks and you will see how you feel. However the dose is pretty low already. I quit meds cold turkey but I do not advice to others. Ameyers you are pretty good. from 3 mg a day to 0.25 congratulation. It is good:))

i dont even know is with dawls are possible at that low dose once a day
