Recently, I have been reading about mindfulness and meditation. I notice it keeps me in a calm and positive mood, but when it comes to me completing school work the anxiety arises. I get annoyed working on assignments (especially one that requires much detail) and I get the urge to walk around or leave somewhere. At these moments, I try to relax and focus on my breathing. I try to think of something else and I calm down. Yet, I know when I begin to work on school work again, my anxiety increases and I develop negative thoughts. I cannot wait til I am done with college (I am done in August) but for the time being I got this annoying assignment and it makes me stress over it. Any comments are appreciated.
