low blood pressure?

Wondered if this was common amongst anxiety sufferers? 90/60 80/50 even 70's/40s have been normal for me. Granted i have other crap going on but i beleive ive always had a lower blood pressure...anyone else?

I've always had low blood pressure. I didn't find out until I had a massage at about 18 and it made me pass out.
Now every time I had a check at the doctors it's always a little low. Nothing to be concerned about but never where it should be.

I am just the opposite on my end....bp runs high on my end and through the roof when I am having a panic attack. My husband has low bp but never had had any issues with it. If it is normal for you, and you aren't having any dizziness or faint feelings, then you are probably just fine and shouldn't worry about it.

i've got very low blood pressure... it can get really scary. a lot of the time when i stand up i get very dizzy and black out for 10-15 seconds. a few weeks ago i actually fell to my knees because i had no strength and i went weak. my doctor just said to eat more foods and stay hydrated but i've been getting this for a few years on and off... is this normal? should i be worried? my blood work was all fine...
