So I usually take a .5mg Xanax XR tablet at noon(when I wake up) and a .25mg regular Xanax at night(usually around 2 AM). Lately I have been waking up around 7 AM and going back to bed. Could this be possible withdrawal waking me up at 7? I'd assume by then the .5mg XR has worn off, as well as the .25mg regular version. It could just be me waking up to go to the restroom or whatever, but it seems like early morning would be when my Xanax concentration levels would be at their lowest. Any thoughts?
I remember this is why my doc prescribed the XR and regular versions of Xanax together. He said that when people just take the regular version, they can experience a withdrawal feeling even when just starting out on the medication.
