Anxiety update!
I haven't been on here in a while. Thought I'd just make an update.

My anxiety has been pretty under control recently, which is a shocking relief considering I've suffered from paralyzing panic attacks for 5 years. I've started inching my way through an exposure therapy experiment. Fully facing the roots of my anxiety. (Public transportation, crowds, hot weather, and actually drinking at bars.)

I'm feeling super confident and healthy. So much so that I just qualified and enrolled myself in a research study at UCLA focusing on GAD.

I hope someone who's suffering from anxiety can read this and get some solace knowing its possible to overcome.

Awesome news!!!! Congrats!!!! Keep it and and as you may know.... taking it slowly and confidently is the way to heal! Dont rush it but do as much as you can comfortably handle! You are doing great!!!!!

Wow, that's great to hear. I get anxiety just thinking about having to drive in LA, LOL.
