Can any one relate to suddenly plugged and pressured ears and everything echoing ? Not freaking out .. Just getting very uncomfortable with this sensation at the moment ... I know that if I Google it it will tell me something crazy ... So can anybody relate?

My ears were a big part of my external symptoms. Especially my left ear. Echoing and feeling fuzzy until I realized it was anxiety related. You never know where the symptoms will come from next.
