breathing techniques have helped me alot

but now im going to try taking magnesium supplements and it is known that it can help with panic attacks and agoraphobia (i have both)

anyone else here take magnesium supplements or anything like that?

i used to take b-complex vitamins but they didn't really help that much...maybe a tiny bit....

I take Natural Calm magnesium. You drink it like a tea. It helps. I notice more issues if I don't have it that particular day.

I take 750mg of magnesium supplement daily.
