Scalp twitching

Hi everyone, just wondering if any of you suffer from scalp twitching and if this is quite common for stress and anxiety. Sometimes they are slight other times they are quite hard. I have health anxiety and this sensation has also been consuming my thoughts constantly. I am worried it is something sinister even though I had an MRI in Feb which was all normal. I don't get scalp twitching, it's more like tingling and tightening... i always think i'm going to end up dying, but i think it happends when i'm stressed and when i havent slept!
It's a pain in the arse ay!

I have muscle twitching and general twitching due to nervousness. It only gets harder when I think about it. When I'm daydreaming it goes away though.
