Twitching and Spasms

Just wondering how everyone else deals with these. I get them all over my body. Even in the back of my head. But most recently it's been happening in my eye and the muscle underneath it becomes tense.

I have twitches in school, and it's so embarrassing. You have no idea. (or do you?) And I'm so tired of it, I feel like it'll never go away.

It will... Mine was in my eye and its been gone! I haven't been paying attention to it because I have been so busy. But I noticed the more I didn't think about it, the less it happened and it went away.
