Hello ,
I have had panic attacks on and off for a few years. I have been fine for several years. Recently I was walking on a treadmill and when I stepped off I felt lightheaded like I was going to black out. I immediately panicked. I have been to the doctor several times and to the ER like so many others and all of my ekgs have come back normal. When I exercise though and stop I feel like I am going to pass out. I have not but, it sure feels that way. I am not diabetic and I always make sure I eat and drink enough during the day/ I feel like my arms and legs are wobbly and I am going to blackout. I have been worrying non-stop that something is wrong with me and I cannot stop thinking about it. Has anyone ever experienced this it seems to be triggered by any kind of exercise although when I am working I never notice it.I guess I am looking for some tiype of reassurance because I cannot figure this out at all.
